Council members moved and seconded approval of a special retail liquor license application for the Orange Beach Hotel SpringHill Suites; the motion passed by voice vote. The council also approved a restaurant retail liquor license application for W and M Dogs, Billy's Gourmet Hot Dogs (3 Market Street Unit 3A) following a motion and second.
