The measure, introduced as resolution 15 56 2025, was adopted on a roll call vote: Councilmember Smith — yes; Councilmember Gustafson — yes; Councilmember Perry — no; Councilmember Wynne — yes; Councilmember Prabner — no; Mayor Michael M. McMillan — yes.
