Council approves staff enrollment in Auburn University revenue officer class

The City Council approved sending Shanna Wiesen to Auburn University’s Revenue Officer Class 100 (online) in October, according to the meeting record from Sept. 8.

A council member said Wiesen has already completed the “203” course. The training approval was moved and seconded and approved by council vote as recorded in the meeting transcript excerpt.

The transcript does not include the registration cost, whether travel or lodging is required (the class was described as online), or which department will account for the expense.
