The board was told the district’s current plan technically expires in May 2025 but that the state’s platform work might lead to an extension; Grace said officials would monitor the state rollout and proceed with internal planning (architect engagement, buildings and grounds input) in the meantime.
Board members asked about next steps; Grace said the first step is contracting or engaging the architect of record to help update facility projections. No formal vote was taken on facilities planning at the meeting.
