Board members said the packet did not include certain materials used during the Sept. 26 discussion — specifically a GCAT presentation and a portion of a draft capital projects list — and requested that the packet be updated before the advisory board acts to approve those minutes.

Board member Winfield moved to postpone approval; Hackwell seconded. The board approved the motion by voice, recorded as unanimous (6–0 by the advisory board present). Members asked staff to add the missing materials to the agenda packet and bring the minutes back for approval at the next meeting.
