Huachuca City will hold a free Creepy Candy Crawl and, for the first time, a community haunted house on Oct. 31; organizers said vendors and a shuttle will connect activities.
Huachuca City will host its annual Creepy Candy Crawl on Friday, Oct. 31 from 6–7:30 p.m. at the community center, officials said. The event is free and family-oriented; vendors are invited to set up indoor and outdoor tables.
Stephanie Fulton, director of library and community services for Huachuca City, said the city is also adding a haunted house at the activity center next door to city hall this year. Organizers plan a “scary shuttle” to transport families between the haunted-house walk-through and the Creepy Candy Crawl.
Fulton described prizes for best-decorated tables or trunks and said last year’s attractions included live animals and novelty activities. For vendor registration or questions, Fulton asked people to contact the Huachuca City Library at (520) 456-1063 or stop by the library.
