The Northeast ISD Board of Trustees voted Wednesday to adopt multiple local policy updates, accepted the district’s annual investment-report resolution and nominated John Fisher as the district’s representative to the Bexar Appraisal District board.
On policy, trustees considered seven local policy items presented by administration and legal counsel. Policies approved included BDAA (board officers), BDB (board committees), BDF (advisory committees), EI (academic achievement), FDE (admissions/transfers), FEC (attendance for credit) and FFAC (student wellness and health services). Most policies passed unanimously; the attendance-for-credit policy (FEC) passed on a 6–1 vote.
