Dozens of residents urged the Carmel Common Council on Oct. 6 to restore city support for Prime Life Enrichment, a nonprofit senior-services organization, saying its programs provide transportation, exercise, socialization and other supports that keep older residents healthy and independent.
Prime Life leaders and members described the center’s services and asked the council to follow through on prior funding commitments. The appeals came during the meeting’s public-comment period, when the council also held a first reading of the 2026 budget and heard related testimony.
