Applicant preparing responses after DRC issues comments on Palucci Acres PD second submittal

At the Oct. 1 DRC meeting staff noted they had issued comments on the Palucci Acres planned‑development (PD) second submittal and that the applicant was preparing responses.

Elisa Sowell, representing the applicant, said the team had received the comments and was scheduling a meeting with the planning department to review them. Planning staff said a number of outstanding comments remain that must be worked out before the project advances.

No public concerns or formal DRC actions were recorded; police, public works and fire had no substantive comments during the discussion. The DRC directed the applicant to coordinate directly with planning to resolve the outstanding items and indicated staff would continue review on the next submittal.
