County and service providers shift focus toward solutions after East‑side homeless workshop; Pasco Hope shelter operating

Commissioners praised shelter case managers for hands‑on assistance; Commissioner Lisa Yeager recounted an instance where a case manager retrieved medications and personal items from Pasco Hope to help a resident who had a stroke.
No formal actions were taken; commissioners said staff will continue community engagement and consider next steps informed by workshop recommendations.
