The Waterford City Council voted unanimously to approve Resolution 2025‑56, authorizing notice of the city's intent to record a lot‑line adjustment relating to the city‑owned F Street Basin and the adjacent property at 524 Northwestern Avenue.

Nick Stevens, representing the project, told the council the adjustment is a second phase in a multi‑step process that began with abandoning an old utility line and included frontage improvements. "We're adjusting a lot line to account for a structure that actually crosses over the property line," Stevens said, and the council was asked to accept the adjustment and forward the matter to the county for recording.

Stevens said a third and final phase will be a right‑of‑way dedication to complete the transaction. After brief council discussion, a motion to approve Resolution 2025‑56 carried on a 5‑0 vote.

No public speakers asked to remove the item for separate consideration, and staff said they will return to the council later to finalize the right‑of‑way paperwork.
