The staff member said related bodies met in nonpublic sessions during that span: the flood district board of directors met from 11:59 a.m. to 12:47 p.m., and the In Home Support Services Public Authority met from 12:49 p.m. to 12:52 p.m. In each case, the staff member reported "no reportable action taken." The staff member also noted that "for the POS, no reportable action as well," and that the balance of the closed session produced no reportable action.
