The Lewisville Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-0 Tuesday to recommend approval of a zone change and plan development that would allow two warehouse-distribution centers on the east side of Huffines Boulevard, about 1,000 feet west of Holford's Prairie Road.
The application, which staff materials name Prologis and which the agenda lists as submitted by Pulley Studios Incorporated and Prologix on behalf of property owner Dallas Broadcasting LLC, would place two buildings — together a little under 700,000 square feet of industrial space — on the north and south sides of the future Corporate Drive extension. "For the most part, they are meeting, all of the supplemental standards or the intent of the supplemental standards," John, a city staff member, told the commission during the public hearing.
