Commissioners and members of the public said they have seen continued lake activity. One speaker said, "I counted seven kayaks on the lake one day," as an anecdotal indicator of use. Staff and commissioners said a planned fishing platform could further increase kiosk utilization.
No formal action was taken; staff will continue to track rental activity monthly and report updates to the commission.
