The Livingston County Board of Supervisors adopted resolutions reappointing several county legal officers and later moved into executive session to discuss an employment matter "involving a particular person." The board reappointed Hayden M. Dann as conflict defender and Lindsey P. Quinellos as public defender; the board also reappointed Shannon L. Hilliard as county attorney. Each reappointment was moved and adopted by unanimous consent during roll call.
Shortly after the reappointments, a board member moved to enter executive session "for the purpose of, employment as here in a particular person," and requested that "Ian and Shane" stand for the members of the board. The chairman acknowledged the motion and a second was recorded before the meeting recessed into executive session. The transcript does not record discussion that took place in the executive session and no votes or outcomes from that session appear in the public transcript.
