Claim settlement: Resolution 25-93 authorizes settlement of a pending claim from Roblee Lushbaugh (claim number WV1542025027014) arising after a city garbage truck rear-ended a new Honda CR-V in September 2025; staff said there were no injuries and the claim includes a full release of bodily injury.
Budget amendment: Resolution 25-95 authorized Amendment No. 3 to the FY25-26 general fund budget to accept $27,158 in unclaimed property funds from the State Treasurer and allocate them to Parks and Recreation for park projects, including outdoor basketball court repairs. Staff recognized a former employee who discovered the unclaimed property listing online.
