Cass County Commissioners approved and signed a contract with Ad Valorem Solutions to provide services for the assessor's office after the county received a single bid.

The assessor asked the board to sign the Ad Valorem Solutions contract and noted that county staff, including "Jeff," had reviewed the proposal. An attendee said the firm had operated under a different name and provided services in the county since about 2003. After a motion to sign the contract, commissioners voted "Aye."
