The board asked about installing on‑site fuel storage; staff said the long‑term plan for the new garage will dictate whether on‑site fueling is pursued and that an initial estimate for a 350‑gallon caged tank showed a modest per‑gallon savings (presenter said roughly 20 cents per gallon in an earlier conversation) but that there would be additional site and maintenance obligations.
The board also discussed a parent concern about a missing bus run notification for a Wednesday special run; staff agreed to check specific runs for the parent and to confirm whether the yellow run notification was sent.
