The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority on Oct. 7 approved the minutes of its Sept. 30, 2025 meeting and acknowledged receipt of the cash summary and accounts receivable report dated Oct. 3, 2025.
Authority member 2 moved to approve the Sept. 30 minutes and a second was recorded; the authority voted "Aye," with vocal approval recorded in the meeting transcript. Authority member 2 also moved to acknowledge receipt of the cash summary and accounts receivable report dated Oct. 3, 2025; the motion was seconded and approved. During the exchange there was a brief date confusion when a member read "10/03/2023" and then corrected it to "2025."
The authority noted there was no open invoice register, reimbursement register or disbursement listing for the Municipal Building Authority at the Oct. 7 meeting. No purchase requests were presented and no votes on expenditures or purchase approvals were taken. The meeting was adjourned by acclamation at 9:36 a.m., with members returning to the commission and RDA meetings that followed.
