Doctor Burns, superintendent, recommended approval of Resolution 1377. A motion and second were recorded and the board approved the resolution by voice vote; members said “Aye.” No member requested a roll-call vote or recorded opposition during the meeting.
Staff present earlier in the meeting had explained the background and answered questions during workshop and at the meeting; no additional conditions or contingencies were added at the Oct. 9 meeting.
