Both measures — Bill 86, which would reclassify about 14.321 acres in Oʻuli, South Kohala, from agricultural (A-1A) to single-family residential (RS-10), and Bill 87, an 18.38-acre reclassification related to the final phases of the Kumakua self‑help housing project — were read into the record and then postponed. The body voted 8–0 to postpone each measure; Councilmember Ashley Kirkwitz was excused.
