The committee confirmed logistics for Cinema on the Streets (volunteer craft tables, prize gift cards, a costume contest replacing a frozen t‑shirt contest and participation by costumed troopers arriving before the screening). The troopers are expected to arrive about 5:30 p.m. and may stay into the film.

Promotion staff recommended donation‑based sales and in‑person donation collection at Cinema on the Streets rather than a fixed sale price for some craft items; the committee approved a suggested donation model and QR signage to link to social channels and donation pages. Staff also reported new TikTok and Instagram handles and encouraged businesses to cross‑post to grow the network. Ace Hardware donated duct tape and electrical tape for event crafts, and chamber and local business partners will help with raffles and volunteer needs.

The committee asked staff to increase publicity for the costume contest and to coordinate with the chamber for raffle administration; no formal financial appropriation was made at the meeting for the event.
