The consultant said Walmart intends to maintain customer access during the work.
Councilmember Catherine Young asked about timing and potential traffic effects; the consultant said Walmart will coordinate phasing and access with the community while construction work is ongoing.
The resolution passed on roll call; no opposition was recorded.
