Katie Noonan, treasurer, reported an adjusted beginning cash balance of $51,680,222, total receipts of $5,698,887 and total expenditures of $16,115,248 for a net decrease in cash of $10,416,362 and an ending cash balance of $41,263,861. No notable items were reported for the month; the treasurer said a significant revenue increase is expected as property taxes are collected.

The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Miss Wolfe and seconded by Miss Byrd. The board chair called the vote and recorded the motion passing 4-0.
