The city attorney reminded commissioners that, under the Florida Sunshine Law, they must begin from the full slate of candidates and that the commission had materials on all 49 applicants. "Under the Florida sunshine law, we are going to need to start from the full, I believe it was 49 candidates," the city attorney said.
