She also referenced a drainage map shown in 2019 by someone she named (Matthew Schliss) and alleged that the map placed a house in the middle of a ball field, which she argued could have been used to obtain public funds.

Council response in the meeting record was limited to an acknowledgement: “Okay. Thank you, Miss Fallen Water. Appreciate that,” and no formal referral, investigation or staff direction on the record was taken that night.
