Exterior work remains incomplete: staff described open storage and accumulated items in the backyard from years of hoarding and said clearing the exterior will not be resolved within a single month. The inspector asked for "a little while" and the commission agreed to allow 60 days. Commissioners motioned and voted to move the case to the Dec. 10 meeting for final review, and staff will coordinate with the residents in the meantime.
Commissioners clarified that the property was not condemned and that access has been secured. Staff committed to providing photographic evidence of continued progress at the next meeting.
