The Shelton Board of Aldermen voted to add the purchase and installation of Volta Inclusive Spinners at Riverview Park and East Village Park to the city's capital improvement plan. Funding of $25,416 was approved to come from LOSIT funds, according to the motion.

Board members briefly joked about volunteering to try the equipment but recorded no opposition. The item passed unanimously and will be added to the capital plan for procurement and installation.
