City Attorney Pieburn notified the commission on Oct. 9 that the mayor signed the closing documents for the Main Street land swap and that the documents are being held in escrow pending closing next week.

Pieburn said the closing was scheduled for Oct. 15 with an outside date of Oct. 17 if additional time is needed. No further details on the terms of the land swap or related agreements were provided during the meeting.
