Committee approves temporary limited easements for Manitowoc Road sidewalk project

Public Works staff noted the committee had previously approved several parcels and this action covers the remaining parcels required for construction. Staff said the TLEs provide the city temporary access during construction and revert at project completion; dollar values for individual parcels were included in the agenda packet but were not read aloud in full during the meeting. The project includes improvements toward Wilder School along Hemlock Drive.
A motion to approve the TLEs passed by voice vote; staff recommended approval as a routine step to complete right‑of‑way requirements for the sidewalk work.
