Council approves TDSI contract to design restoration of historic greenhouse at High Plains Arboretum

Cheyenne City Council President Mark Rennie said the council approved a contract with TDSI to provide design, engineering and oversight for remodeling the historic greenhouse at the High Plains Arboretum.
Rennie described the greenhouse as a facility with more than 100 years of regional history, some of which “has fallen into disrepair.” He said the contract will fund design and oversight work to rehabilitate the structure and preserve its historical value.
Rennie did not provide a dollar amount for the contract in his report, nor did he name a project schedule. He described the project as something he was “really kind of excited about.”
