The Suamico Village Board on Monday approved an easement allowing placement of a Suamico historical map sign at 1772 Riverside Drive, in front of the new Paramount Studios building.
Administrator Dougs said owner John Henry offered the site and agreed to supply lighting and electricity for the sign. Trustee Romas moved to approve the easement as presented; Trustee Stevens seconded. The motion passed on a unanimous voice vote, 6-0.
Board members said the installation is scheduled for the morning of June 27 and thanked the property owner for providing the space and utilities for the historical sign.
