Later on the agenda, the chair said, "based on the fact that we are missing three other commissioners, I think, would be prudent to defer the elections until the following meeting," and commissioners approved a motion to defer.
When the commission considered amendments to its rules of procedure, commissioners said they had no concerns. One commissioner told the chair they were “on board with everything that was presented to us at the last meeting” before a motion to approve the amendments was moved, seconded and approved unanimously.
