Applicant Adam Coogler introduced himself and his business, saying the Birdie Barn holds a three-way liquor license and a catering permit and that North Fork Farms asked the business to provide ready-to-drink adult beverages during its fall season. Coogler said the site at North Fork Farms is set up per Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission guidance and that Birdie Barn will follow the state’s catering and service rules.
Commissioners asked for a motion, moved and seconded approval, and voted in favor. The board instructed staff to provide a letter documenting formal county permission; the applicant will work with county staff to finalize any required paperwork.
