At the July 1 meeting the Board of Public Works approved the consent agenda, which included approval of minutes for March 11, March 25 and April 8, 2025; a Board appointment to the Transportation Commission; and payroll approval. The board also approved claims in the amount of $3,294,206.82.
A board member moved to approve the consent agenda and another moved to approve claims. The roll call for both items recorded Carone and Board President Kyla Cox Deckard voting Aye and the motions passed.
Board members had no public comments on the consent agenda or the claims item during the meeting. The transcript showed a staff update that a change order for a Downtown Alley project will be brought forward at the next meeting, and multiple other active construction and special-event coordination items were noted in staff reports.
The meeting adjourned after the approvals.
