Staff said Milestone has agreed to take on some of that work, and the change order reflects the portion the city will pay.
Staff stated the combined additional charge for the two items was $36,667.10, which brings the contract total to approximately $1,406,067.94. Staff invited questions and recorded no public comments on the change orders. The board approved the packet by roll call.
Board members and staff did not identify any outstanding contingencies tied to the change orders during the meeting; staff said they were available to answer follow-up questions after the approval.
