Pike County Fiscal Court approved a one-year renewal of the county’s independent maintenance contract for the courthouse and the Pike County Detention Center with Terry Rogers at $2,000 per month, the same terms as the previous year.

The presiding judge presented the renewal as identical to last year’s contract. A motion by Commissioner Atkins was seconded by Commissioner Scott; the court then approved the renewal on a roll-call vote with each member recorded as voting yes.

The court did not discuss additional terms, performance measures, or the contract’s procurement process during the meeting. The clerk was asked to record the renewal and proceed with contract documentation.
