The committee approved the application by voice vote and the chair said the committee’s action will be transmitted to the Common Council for final processing.
The committee did not attach additional conditions to the approval; staff noted the applicant and market organizers must obtain any event permissions required by the market and comply with standard licensing rules for samples and temporary service.
