Council moves easement resolution for 121–125 Lake Street to consent agenda

City staff answered that the easement is on the developer’s parcel at the corner nearest the city property and right-of-way, near the parking lot. “It is on the developer's parcel on the corner that's nearest the city city property and the right of way,” a staff member said in response to Fabrizio’s question.
No substantive debate occurred on the resolution at the committee; the matter was placed on the consent agenda for the regular September meeting.
