The Blue Springs Planning Commission on Sept. 8 voted to continue three agenda items for Sullivan Ranch to the next meeting at the applicant’s request.

Chair Chris announced the applicant requested continuance of the three Sullivan Ranch items, and a commissioner moved to continue the items “until the next meeting.” The motion received a second, and the commission voted in favor. “That passes,” the chair said after the aye votes.

No public testimony was offered on the continuance and staff did not provide additional materials at the time. The items will return to the commission at the next scheduled meeting for further consideration.
