Bayonne Zoning Board adopts variance resolution for Francis Czerniewski property

The City of Bayonne Zoning Board of Adjustment adopted Resolution Z25-001 concerning property owned by Francis Czerniewski at 714A–716 Avenue E (Block 401, Lot 11.01).

A motion to adopt the resolution was made and seconded. Commissioner DeRoz voted aye; Commissioner Cisk Galvin recorded an abstention; Vice Chairman Pinero and Chairman Diullo voted aye. The board adopted the resolution by recorded vote with three yeas and at least one abstention recorded.
