Change order extends Central Pumping Station contract; control panel delivered

The council approved change order No. 3 to extend the Central Pumping Station renovation contract after the control panel shipment arrived this month.

"We received shipment of the control panel this past Thursday. So Max Foot Construction comes back on-site, so they will have this installed and completed and, hopefully, by 11/28/2025," a staff member reported.

Councilors moved and seconded approval of the change order. Staff identified the work location as just south of DayBright Lighting and said the contractor will return to complete installation. No additional costs associated with the change order were stated in the meeting record.
