Staff confirmed the closure window of 5–9 p.m. and said barricades and setup will be provided by city staff or the designated crew. Council moved, seconded and approved the street-closure request with seven yes votes.
Staff characterized the closure as the same arrangement used in previous years for the community event and said city personnel would set barricades and complete setup.
