We're doing the epoxy coated floors. We're pulling wires through the conduit. The plumbing's pretty much at a standstill, and the mechanical's done until we move on. Right now, we're concentrating mostly on the facades as you can see all the way around," Law said. He also reported that the project team is beginning waterproofing and preparations for stucco.

The officials said interior mechanical work is paused until other phases move forward, while exterior work on the storefronts and plazas is active.
