Board to consider buying two tertiary filters to double wastewater plant wet‑weather capacity

City Engineer Gary Carnahan told the board the city seeks a waiver of competitive bidding to buy the same model of filters already in use from Aqua Aerobic Systems because of long lead times and to keep operations uniform.
