Superintendent Joseph Hedrick presented the engagement letter and said the district currently uses two firms and sought a third firm to broaden specialty coverage and availability. He said an RFP was not pursued because of the unnamed dollar amounts involved and the administrative recommendation to add Miller Nash as an additional resource.
