Petitioner representative Steve Snyder said Miller intends to build a new house on the rear lot and will attach an adjacent purchased parcel to provide access and avoid wetlands on the eastern side of the property.
Commissioners asked for comment; no members of the public spoke for or against the request. A commissioner moved and seconded to accept the Area Plan Commission recommendation; the board voted unanimously to adopt the rezoning.
