The record shows an unclear/ missing amount for HQS Construction LLC and an inconsistent recorded amount for VESCORP Construction LLC (the transcript lists both $2,155,303,110.00 and later $2,155,310.00); procurement staff noted the figures as read from the submissions.

- Competitive sealed proposal BAZ25-00027996 for on-demand online tutoring and homework support received offers from AIM, Brainfuse, StudyFetch and turo.com.
