The Boise City Design Review Commission moved DRH25‑00302, a proposed single‑story industrial building of approximately 400,000 square feet at 6101 South Pleasant Valley Road, to the consent agenda and approved it at the Oct. 8 hearing.
Staff described the project as a new single‑story industrial building in A I 1 / AI0 (light industrial) with airport‑influence and wildland‑urban interface overlays. The applicant was present and told the commission they agreed to the recommended conditions of approval. No members of the public registered opposition; staff recorded the applicant’s agreement and placed the item on the consent agenda.
Commissioners then approved the consent agenda by motion and roll call; the recorded votes were Aye from Commissioners Marsh, Aguilar and Erstad (motion carried). The commission’s consent‑agenda approval means the item will proceed under the standard conditions identified in the staff report and the project will move to permitting consistent with city requirements.
