On Oct. 8, 2025, the Islander Insider bulletin at Coronado High School reminded teachers that PSAT test tickets and digital-readiness instructions were distributed in a yellow envelope and should be collected during homeroom and returned to Mrs. Kirk in the main office.

The broadcast also listed college visits scheduled during lunch in Room 202 for the week: University of Chicago (Oct. 8), Rochester Institute of Technology (Oct. 9) and the New School of Architecture and Design and the University of Southern California (Oct. 10). Student listeners were told that college visits typically occur during lunch in Room 202 unless otherwise noted.

The bulletin announced a CEE scholarship informational meeting on Oct. 9 during lunch in Room 413 and advised students to visit Dr. Sullivan in Room 413 to begin scholarship applications. College application workshops were noted as continuing each Monday in Room 202, with an Oct. 20 session focused on military academies and ROTC scholarships; the broadcast also reminded listeners that Oct. 13 is a school holiday.
